Hubble Images

For many many people the Hubble space telescope is synonymous with stunning imagery from space. Long forgotten is that Hubble was a disappointment at first when it was discovered that it was somewhat “shortsighted” and astronauts had to install “glasses” before it could become what it is known for today: A steady source of images from space that answered many questions mankind had regarding the universe. It also showed things in the vast space called the universe that gave us new questions – and like no other telescope before it created a sense for the incredible beauty of the galaxies, stars, nebulae and other phenomenons in our universe.
See for yourself – here is your daily dose of Hubble pictures:

I appreciate your aim to let people know about the Hubble Telescope. but sadly, I could not see the pictures you wanted us to see. Forgot to post?

  2. Just love popping back here every now and then. The whole concept of photographing something so far away in such detail is mind-blowing.

  3. Whenever I look at these images and the myriads of tiny universes they display, apart from the obvious wonder I also have a feeling of almost frustration that I will never be able to travel to them and explore them – maybe to even find and experience another earthlike planet…
